"I get a Windows error message indicating that there was a problem with Macromedia Projector when I try to start the program."

These types of errors are generally present when your computer is using outdated video drivers. You need to download and install the latest driver for your installed video card.

"I get the following Windows error message indicating that there was a problem with Macromedia Projector when I try to start the program:

Error Signature:
therapists will.exe
appver: 10.1.0.11
modname: nvoglnt.dll
mdver: 614.10.8194
offsett: 00139c73"

This is an issue with the driver of your NVIDIA video card. Please download and install an updated version of the driver at http://www.nvidia.com

''Sometimes the field boxes and lines look incomplete when I am viewing the PDF documents. Is this a problem?"

Depending on your current zoom level the thin lines around the fields might disappear on your screen. This is normal for PDF documents when viewed on your computer screen. When you print any of these documents the layout will be complete.

"When I put the CD in my CD-ROM drive, my music player opens and the audio presentation starts playing. How can I access the interactive part of the CD?"

Your computer has an audio player installed that is configured to auto-launch and play audio when it detects an audio CD in the CD-ROM. Some PC manufacturers pre-install these kinds of programs on the computers they sell. You need to configure your audio player software to stop auto-launching or uninstall it.
